1) Seller and Owner of the Site

In this document you are referred to as “Seller”.
2) Scope of application
These conditions govern:
- access to and use of the Site;
- the purchase of products offered through the Site.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3) Consumer and professional customer
- “Consumer”: a natural person who purchases for purposes other than business or professional activity.
- “Professional”: a person who purchases in the course of his/her business.
The protections of the Consumer Code apply to Consumers only.
4) Use of the Site and account
Browsing the Site is free. To make purchases, you may be able to create an account.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her credentials and for any activities carried out under his/her account.
Purchases are reserved for adult users.
5) Product information
Features, variants and customization methods are indicated in the product sheets.
The images are for illustrative purposes only: slight differences (e.g., color) may occur due to lighting or screen settings; such differences do not constitute a defect of conformity.
6) Prices, taxes and costs
Prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs and any additional costs are indicated during the purchase process and in the final summary before payment.
7) Order and conclusion of the contract
The order is placed via the Site's wizard.
The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation (usually via email).
The Seller may refuse the order in case of:
- product unavailability;
- incorrect or incomplete data;
- suspicion of fraud or unauthorized/irregular payment.
In such cases, if the payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded.
8) Payments
The available payment methods are indicated at checkout.
Payment is processed through secure systems provided by third parties. The Seller does not store complete card details and receives only the information necessary to process the order (e.g., transaction result and ID).
9) Shipping and delivery
The products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer.
Methods, indicative times, any limitations and costs are indicated during the order.
Unless otherwise agreed, for Consumers delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Consumer when the Consumer (or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier) physically takes possession of the goods.
Upon delivery, the Customer is invited to check the integrity of the packaging and the correspondence of the contents, promptly reporting any anomalies.
10) Right of withdrawal (Consumers only)
The Consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days:
- from delivery of the product; or
- in the case of an order with separate deliveries, from the delivery of the last item.
10.1 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send a clear communication to the Seller (e.g. e-mail/PEC), indicating:
- order number;
- product(s) to be returned;
- Customer data useful for management.
10.2 Return of products
The Consumer must send the products within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
The products must be intact, not used beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and characteristics, complete with parts/accessories and any packaging, and adequately packaged.
The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
10.3 Return costs
Unless otherwise expressly indicated by the Seller, the direct costs of return are borne by the Consumer.
10.4 Refund
The Seller will refund any payments received, including the initial standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the Consumer has demonstrated that he has sent them back, whichever situation occurs first.
The refund will usually be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer.
Any additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered will not be refunded.
11) Exclusions from withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided by law, including:
- goods made to measure or clearly personalized (e.g., items with names, dates, phrases, or custom workmanship);
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if opened after delivery (where applicable to the products sold).
12) Legal guarantee of conformity (Consumers)
For Consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the legislation applies:
- duration 2 years from delivery for new goods;
- remedies: repair or replacement; alternatively, price reduction or termination where applicable.
For warranty assistance, the Customer can contact the Seller indicating the order number and description of the problem, attaching any useful photos/videos.
13) Limitations of liability
Without prejudice to wilful misconduct or gross negligence and the Consumer's inalienable rights, the Seller shall not be liable for:
- Site disruptions due to maintenance, breakdowns or causes beyond our control;
- delays due to carriers or force majeure;
- non-substantial differences between images/descriptions and the product, within the limits indicated.
For Professionals, any compensation may not exceed the total value of the order, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence.
14) Intellectual property
Texts, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, graphics, and content on the Site are the property of the Seller or used under license. Reproduction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.
15) Personal data and cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the Website.
16) Applicable law and competent court
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
- For disputes with Consumers: court of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer (if required by law).
- For disputes with Professionals: the Court of Lecco has exclusive jurisdiction.
